At Home Care Assistance, our mission is to change the way the world ages. That’s why we offer a variety of rates and pricing to try to accommodate the situation of the person requiring in-home care and allow them to age in place.
Range of Rates
The rates at Home Care Assistance range from $24 per hour to $58 per hour.
This rate will vary based on the needs of the senior seeking care, and the plan of care. The best way to find out where your needs fall is to schedule an in-home consultation.
One of our Care Managers can assess the situation to determine the level of care needed and provide an exact rate. This assessment is free of charge, and there is no obligation to begin care.
Requirements
Home Care Assistance accepts cases in which we can significantly impact the quality of life for those we serve. For this reason, we require a 5-hour minimum shift. This minimum gives us the time to go beyond the industry standards of basic personal care needs and help around the house so that we can address higher-level needs like companionship, socialization, sense of purpose, relationships and personal happiness.
Additionally, our minimum hours policy attracts and retains the area’s best caregivers, who can command longer hours, and therefore is fundamental to the quality of care received.
We are also able to provide 24-hour or Live-In Care. No matter the level of care, anyone receiving care from Home Care Assistance will have access to our proprietary Cognitive Therapeutics Method™ as well as our Balanced Care Method™.
Paying for Home Care
There are a variety of ways to pay for care. Most clients choose a private pay method, meaning they pay with their own funds — be it savings, retirement or other family members providing the payment.
That’s not all…
Long Term Care insurance can cover the cost of home care. We can directly bill the insurance carrier for our clients’ convenience. There are also Veterans Administration benefits if you or your loved one is eligible.
